I see why they have so many positive reviews. I ordered for the first time online and I’m blown away by their customer service. I made a mistake and selected pick up instead of delivery. After a quick phone call they fixed my mistake but went way beyond and offered to add a note with a card. I loved the idea but they took it even further by waving my delivery fee because it was close to the amount where I’d get it free. Even better, the card was free of charge and they offered to hand write it (typed was just fine). I’m so impressed with their help, suggestions and service. They even sent pictures of my order to make sure I was happy with the note, plant and pot. All gorgeous products. I’ll will be a repeat customer and highly recommend.
